EPMO VISION
Partnering with business and information technology (IT) leadership to enable excellence in IT project management and business analysis for the State of Vermont.
EPMO MISSION
To lead the project management and business analysis improvement and expansion efforts throughout State government. The scope of this effort includes developing, and facilitating the development of, process, policies, and change management procedures. We will do this while partnering with subject matter experts to help align strategic goals with technology.
EPMO Goals
- Implement standardized methodologies for project management and business analysis
- Manage IT projects and process that have enterprise impact.
- Mentor and coach dispersed project managers on IT projects with both enterprise and/or agency/department specific impact.
- We will engage in business process definition and present standardized methods for monetizing benefits and costs of IT projects.
