Contract and Procurement Services

Information Technology Contract and Procurement Services are part of the EPMO and CIO in the Department of Information and Innovation.

It provides a range of procurement services to all Vermont Government agencies to ensure that the information technology procurement of works, services and goods valued above $150,000 is conducted in strict accordance with Vermont Government polices.

Also under the State of Vermont Bulletin 3.5 all technology or communication requests for proposals (RFP) over $10,000 need CIO review before posting.

Through promotion, innovation, continuous improvement and in partnership with Buildings and General Services (BGS) and local industry, we will develop and maintain a best practice framework for Government tendering and contracting.

Contract Management Procedures include scope of work development, procurements, cost/price analysis, risk assessments, budgets, schedules, milestones reporting, quality controls, change orders, amendments, document control etc.
