• Mobile-to-Land usage rate (peak/off-peak) $0.10/minute plus applicable interstate toll charges
• Land-to-Mobile usage rate $.10/minute

* The $10.00 rate plan allows the State of Vermont to use either a digital or analog handset. All other noted rate plans are exclusively for digital handsets.

Toll-Free Inbound - Per phone: $1.00

This feature is similar to 800 service in that it provides the cellular user with a special cellular telephone number that can be dialed by any Verizon landline telephone customer within Vermont without the landline customer incurring any toll charge.

Toll-Freedom USA Plan provides toll-free calling on all Mobile-to-Land cellular phone calls originating on the RCC Atlantic (Cellular One) New England/New York cellular system to any telephone exchange within the United States. Per phone charge: $4.95/month Voice Mail: Cellular One voice mail is a computerized answering and messaging system that greets callers and takes messages 24 hours a day 365 days a year. It stores up to 30, 6-minute messages, stores messages for 14 days, allows sending of messages to other voice mail users and can page you when messages are deposited in your mailbox.
