Network Service Implementation Intervals
The following GovNet Service Delivery Times are a baseline for estimated time of service completion once a request for service has been fully documented. All time intervals are based on normal situations and using current vendor contracts. Expedited service for emergency situations is handled on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, vendors may charge additional fees for expedited services

Requests for the following services have a standard delivery time of approximately 30 working days:

- Establish VPN Site-to-Site Connection
- Network Consulting Services
- Establish Firewall Services
- Allocate/Reallocate IP Subnets
- Configure VPN Client access
- Acquire SSL Certificates
- Configure Network Monitoring Portal (if available)
- DotGov Domain Name Registration
- Establish/Change Domain Services
- Change Firewall Services
- Establish Dialup Account
- Establish / Change Listserv
All time intervals are based on normal situations and current contracts with our providers. Staff shortages and priority situations such as: statewide procurement problems, emergencies created by natural disasters, environmental problems, and legislative mandates may alter delivery timetables.
