DII Meritorious Award Program
The Meritorious Awards Program is designed to reward both sustained and random acts of merit which support the core values and goals of DII.
At DII, we value Communication, Collaboration, Competence and Teamwork. Based on nominations from customers, managers, co-workers and peers, an employee or team may be granted a one-time bonus of $100, a one-time bonus of $500, or, in extraordinary cases, a one or two step permanent pay increase.
If you would like to nominate a DII staff member for an award download and complete the DII Merit Award Recommendation Form and send it as an email attachment to Rita.Rounds@state.vt.us.
