Distribution Lists

If your department receives Email through the DII Enterprise Exchange Email system, and you need to create a Distribution List to send email to a group of individuals, contact your internal IT Helpdesk or other support resource. They will contact the DII Helpdesk to set up the Distribution List.

If you work in a department that utilizes this system, you should still contact the individual designated in your department as the point of contact and that person will contact the DII Helpdesk to create the list.
