Phone Systems
DII is currently contracted with Fairpoint Communications to provide Centrex services to State of Vermont locations and Interactive Intelligence (ININ) for advanced call center call routing options including Automated Call Distribution. We do not contract with vendors who install or support the use of key or secondary telephone systems at the locations other than Centrex or the ININ ACD. We can schedule planning sessions with Fairpoint and Interactive Intelligence to review available features and services based on business requirements.

We do require the involvement of the Business Manager in these planning sessions as often budgetary impacts (both positive and negative) can be generated.
