Telephone Billing Questions
General telephone services provided by Fairpoint Communications and Vermont Telephone are billed through DII. If you have a question about a DII billing for telephone services, please contact Connie Churchill at email@example.com or call 828-3550.
DII does not manage accounts for cell and data device services. Questions regarding billing for those services should be directed to the company that provides the service. Contact information for such bills is provided on the invoice from the company providing the services.
Data Circuit fees are generally covered by the DII Allocation fee and departments will not see bills for those circuits. In some cases, departments have arranged for data circuits that are not included as part of the DII Allocation fee. In those cases, departments will receive data circuit bills directly from the service provider and questions about those bills should be directed to the service provider at the number provided on the invoice.
