Caller ID information such as a callers telephone number and/or name can be displayed on telephone models that have a display. Fairpoint offers the State of Vermont the ability to purchase on a monthly basis: 

• Caller ID (Telephone number only) for $1.50 per month per line
• Caller ID with Name included with ISDN console service price

 CAUTION: Not all telephones have the ability to report the electronic information received from Fairpoint. If you would like to implement this service, please contact Telecommunications to confirm your equipment compatibly. Activating this feature will require an approval from a Business Manager.
