Web and Audio Tele-Conferencing Services
The State of Vermont's provider for Web Conferencing and Stand Alone Audio services is Citrix Systems - Online Services Division. Departments will need to establish accounts with Citrix for services. Billing will be directly between Citrix and the departments and agencies. There is no billing through DII and no DII administrative fee associated with these new accounts. State offices who wish to host web and/or audio conferencing must use Citrix for both web and audio conferencing.
How Do I Sign Up For This Service?
Click on “Account Creation” in the menu on the lower right menu to set up an account.
Webcams and Headsets
Webcams and headsets can be ordered under any of the existing State contracts for peripherals. You should contact your Desktop Support staff to order and install the equipment.
