The planning and design of the data infrastructure in the Wide Area Network (WAN), Metro Area Network (MAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) environments is critical to the success and performance of all the applications and systems that run across them. In many systems these days the network must be designed from one side of the state to the other with special prioritization of the traffic as well as data security and encryption to ensure compliance with departmental regulatory guidelines. Even within Agencies or Departments isolation of data flow between business units is often required.

DII has created the network infrastructure from the data center through the WAN to support these needs and is available to assist in the network design of well-defined and documented business requirements. We can assist in the project planning and documentation process to ensure successful transition or implementation of systems and projects. Monday –Friday  7:45 a.m. to 4:30 pm

 

Maintenance Window (if applicable)

WAN maintenance window is slated each week on Thursday from 4:45pm to 8:00pm as needed.
