Wireless Access Process
Departments and Agencies seeking to provide Wireless Internet access in their offices and buildings need to work with Summit Technologies to plan and implement this service. Summit is under contract with the State of Vermont to provide these services. In addition, they can provide required equipment through their contract with Cisco and other equipment vendors. DII will work with Summit at the appropriate time to configure required network access.
Below you will find a number of forms that will need to be completed in order to describe your needs and obtain signoff and informatin from landlords in buidlings that are not state owned. You should contact Buildings and General Services if the installation is planned for a state owned site.
