Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Methodology

The EPMO licensed and adopted the “TenStep” methodology early in 2007.  TenStep allows the flexibility project managers need to manage projects of various sizes and complexity.  Simply stated, it is a ten step approach to disciplined project management.  The “steps” are:

  5. Manage change
  6. Manage communication
  7. Manage risk
  8. Manage HR
  9. Manage quality
  10. Manage metrics
