What is this service?

This is a hosted service that provides the capability for State employees to electronically prepare and securely sign documents over the web.  This service has been approved by the Attorney General’s Office and meets the requirements of state statutes for electronic signature.

What is Included?

Key Standard Features

  • Document Preparation: Prepare your documents for signature anytime, anywhere from your computer on the road, at home or in the office.  Signers can sign anywhere, at any time from any web-enabled device (iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc.). There is no special software is needed for signing.
  • Security:  The final versions of the signed documents are secured using advanced technology that reveals any tampering.
  • Authentication: e-SignLive allows you to customize the level of authentication needed, which includes email, secret question and answer, SMS passcodes and third-party authentication services.
  • Workflow:  Along with multi-document signing, you can have multiple signers and have them sign in the order you need.
  • Final Document:  Once a document is signed, the user can download the signed document (for printing or further distribution) for record retention.

  • ADS Service Desk: Monday –Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 pm
Non-Business Hours

ADS does not traditionally respond to issues after business hours. ADS staff is only available via "best effort" after hours. Support calls placed after 4:30 PM and weekends/holidays will be redirected to Contact Communications. Issues requiring immediate attention will be forwarded to the appropriate ADS employee who will triage the reported issue and follow proper procedures to restore activities to normal operations

Request Fulfillment Goal

  • User accounts requested are usually provisioned with 1-3 days.

Resolution Goal

  • Issues will be prioritized and resolved based on priority.  Please refer to the Customer Support Global SLA for definitions of priority levels and resolution goals for each level.
