Known Issue - Outlook Office Products are asking for Reactivation - Problem - or Bad Request.

4/14/17 Update -We have been working Microsoft and have identified causes for this issue.  We will be pushing out a fix to the users that are currently attached to the global ticket in LANDesk.

We continue to work with IT from Foreign Domains on how to avoid this error from occurring, along with what to look for, and a temporary fix.

 

DII is currently working with Microsoft to deterine a fix.

Multiple error messages are coming up for users for Office 365 Licensing.
Recommend users that are getting an error message when trying to get onto their desktop client Microsoft applications to use office the O365 portal for the applications.  Please submit a LANDesk ticket if you are experiencing this issue.
