Some Exchange Users Email Addresses are Reverting to Old Addresses

WHO: Some Exchange/Outlook Users
WHAT: Issues with Old Email Addresses Appearing
We are experiencing issues with user’s old email addresses re-appearing, we are currently working with Microsoft to find and resolve the issue.
Microsoft has stated that if you download your “Offline Address Book” it will resolve user by user, we have seen this work in some cases and not on others.

Please try these steps first:

Top of Outlook Client Hit Send/Receive – Send/Receive Groups – Download Address Book – OK

If that does not work for you please Log the ticket under the Major 73716. 

Please note that once you have downloaded the address book, you will have to close out of Outlook and relaunch the applications.
