PM MENTORING SERVICES
EPMO provides assistance to individuals that are or will be managing information technology (IT) projects for their agencies. Program participants are mentored by a more experienced project manager while they manage or oversee a project in their agencies or one with statewide (enterprise) impact. Through weekly or bi-weekly meetings, a project management process is established and implemented. This is a great opportunity for hands on learning!
The length of the mentorship varies but generally begins at the project inception and is followed until project closure with the typical engagement being approximately 12 – 18 months.
A signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is required to engage in the PM Mentoring Program. To request participation or learn more about the project, please call our EPMO Director at (802) 828-1525.
