FoIP service deployments have been suspended. At this time, there is not a transition date for fax services.

Users will utilize the XMedius as their FoIP service through a web portal to send and receive faxes. The solution is secure and HIPAA compliant.

Users who require the ability to send faxes will receive (upon request) a username and password for the portal. Once logged in, the user will be able to send faxes and download received faxes. Users receive an email when a fax arrives. This email may contain the fax or just a notification depending on the configuration requested.
How long are faxes stored in the FoIP portal?
Retention for faxes sent/received is 30 days. If you need to store your documents in a more permanent location, you will need to move them to a shared drive or SharePoint Online site. They will be removed from the FoIP site after 30 days.
How do I request a username and password?
